Challenge.
Booking a trade in the Netherlands is still a phone-tag problem. Huiseigenaren want a clear scope, fast quotes, and someone they can trust to show up. Vakmensen want jobs that respect their time and their language.
Approach.
Designed a Dutch-first intake flow that captures real scope in one pass, a quote thread that keeps both sides on the same page, and a profile page that puts proof of work front and center.
Outcome.
A homeowner posts a job, sees vetted vakmensen matched to it, and takes a quote to acceptance inside one thread. No phone tag, no translated forms, and no second tool for the messaging.
