Finding a trustworthy caregiver for an aging parent in the U.S. is slow, anxious, and opaque. Existing platforms over-index on listings; families across cities like Boston, Chicago, and Atlanta wanted vetted matches and protection for the money changing hands.

Built the marketplace around two pressures: speed to match and trust around payment. A multi-step vetting funnel, intent-driven matching tuned for U.S. caregiving needs, and escrow-protected weekly invoicing keep both sides honest.

U.S. families review matched caregivers within a day and start care in two-to-three. Refund disputes stay rare because the 7-day window encourages early conversations, not late ones.
