Am I locked into a long contract?

No. The plan is monthly and you can stop whenever you like. If you leave, you get an honest handover so nothing is held hostage.

What counts as urgent?

We define that together at the start, along with how quickly I'll respond, so 'urgent' means the same thing to both of us.

Can support cover software you didn't build?

Often, yes, usually starting with a short audit so I understand what I'm taking on before committing to response times.
